Trademark and guidelines

1. Ownership

The Unmask name, the graphic mark (letter U with a half mask), the tagline “Beyond the surface”, the visual identity, the texts and the forensic methodology are the exclusive property of Luca Guastoni — VAT 02449250188.

No licence, assignment or right of use is implicitly granted by accessing the app or reading this page.

2. Permitted use (do)

• Refer to “Unmask” in text form, with the correct initial capital and the ™ symbol on first use.
• State that an analysis was performed “with Unmask™”, including the date and the AI Probability value shown in the report.
• Reproduce the supplied logo unmodified, keeping original proportions and clear space equal to the height of the letter U.
• Link the name or logo only to the official site or app.
• Request official assets in advance for press, publishing or presentations.

3. Prohibited use (don't)

• Alter the logo, colours, proportions or typography, or combine the mark with other graphic elements.
• Use the mark in domain names, social accounts, app names, third-party products or services.
• Present Unmask as a partner, sponsor, certifier or legal authority without a written agreement.
• Copy the interface, texts or report structure, or replicate the app in whole or in part, including reverse engineering.
• Use the mark in defamatory, unlawful, misleading or disinformation contexts.
• Register trademarks, logos or signs confusable with Unmask in any class or jurisdiction.

4. Authorised references and citations

Citing Unmask and its reports is allowed for informational, journalistic, educational or research purposes, under the following conditions.

• Report the result in full: AI Probability percentage, verdict and reliability level, without partial extracts.
• State that the report is a probabilistic assessment and is not legal proof or a forensic expert opinion.
• Attribute the source as “Unmask™ — forensic image analysis (Luca Guastoni)”.
• Do not modify screenshots, reports or exported PDFs, or remove their legal notices and footer.

Any commercial, promotional or comparative use of the mark requires prior written authorisation.

5. Press and collaborations

For official assets, interviews, case studies or licensing, write to info@guastoni.com stating context, channel and publication period.

Requests receive a written reply: only written authorisation constitutes a licence, always limited, revocable and non-transferable.

6. Infringement

Non-compliant use may be challenged and results in immediate revocation of any authorisation, in addition to remedies under trademark, copyright and unfair competition law.
